HOW DOES ONE COPE WITH FEAR?
Well, this is one simple factor which can bring us all down onto our knees. I am really surprised what all a simple fear can do to us. Fear can be an onset or trigger for many other emotions to surface without our knowledge. These can start to create chaos in our system and also fear can become a nudger for many manifestations.
When we fear something we keep thinking about it and repeating certain statements, eventually with us periodically repeating these statements it eventually gets manifested into our life’s. This again would shake us and make our foundations weak and insecurities to build.
Fear has been a root cause for many wars, many fights or misunderstandings in relationships life can be taken completely on a different path and one can go through a harrowing experience while fear takes over.
As I have mentioned in some of my previous blogs there are many kinds of fear, to name a few once again
>Fear of loss / death
>Fear of rejection
>Fear of illness
>Fear of the unknown
Some fears are entwined like

Fear of loss/ death
These fears can really start to create situations for us to believe in them so much so we make it our reality. Living a life filled with fear, helps in making it part of our mundane routine.
When fear takes over and we become fearful with every aspect this can actually lead us to have a lot of failures in life and stress can start to build a belief system around the fear. Living life will become a bitter experience as everyone are trying cope with the one aspect fear.
Do we really need fear to live???
It’s truly debatable topic, though for me I strongly believe we should live a life ready to face life as we can run but not hide. When we have that thought fear automatically takes a back seat.
I often wonder what is my one biggest fear, and always look at ways to release it. Holding onto fear is really not going to give one any comfort or help to sort out things. Whether we fear it or not things will happen as per whatever has been planned or destined for us. We have chosen our path with soul contracts and wanting to learn experiences.
Once we understand that, fear automatically has to take a back seat. When one brings in fear this in turn triggers a whole parade of emotions which we can actually avoid if need be.
Fear too brings wonderful lessons we just need to be prepared to acknowledge the same. When we refuse to deal with fear or kind of suppress it, it takes a huge leap and keeps coming upto your face wanting to be acknowledged.
That’s cause our thoughts are electro magnetic waves when we keep having the same thoughts it is picked up by the universe, universe being a mirror will bring back what it thinks you have wanted. The point we fail to realize is we are the maker of our own destiny many a times.
Through our repetitive thoughts and acts we call upon things which we actually don’t want in our space. So when this is understood it would make sense the importance of addressing something like a fear. We cannot let fear take over and stop living life.
The most easiest and simplest example I can think of is,
Death
We all go through the fear of death, some are comfortable about but have fear for loved ones while some fear their own death. The fact is when we are born, our death becomes inevitable so why fear it. We haven’t come together and we won’t be leaving together. Each one of us have our time and space to exit this world. Fearing the exit, if we try live our life we are only drawing it to us in a rapid space.
How ??
Our thoughts, acts all are built on the basic foundation that is fear. We start to live a life without enjoying it, being fearful of our own shadows. This is not we signed up for, we signed to experience, learn and witness life. Not to live in fear, by saying such things I am not saying don’t take care.
You need to take care, the first step is you need a healthy mind to have a healthy body. A healthy mind and body gives us harmony as we are in peace within ourselves. This would help us stay connected to our higher self ( soul).
Breathe, relax and enjoy life like tomorrow may never come. Fear is an emotion which can be released or given a back seat.
Let go of the fear as it brings no happiness or peace to us, we rather accept life for what it is.
Being fearful will bring about hurdles and suffering to us, rather let it go then have it with us.
