HOW ARE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS BECOME OUR FIRST STEP TOWARDS HITTING BLOCKS.
True!!! Isn’t it …..!!!!!!
Our thoughts can become our biggest enemy when we don’t keep a tab on them. As I have already mentioned in my earlier blogs, our belief will start to manifest thoughts and these thoughts can become come our stepping stone towards our hurdles.
Certain statements become or habitual statement which starts creating blocks and manifesting the things we fear easily. When we send out messages that you are incapable or not ready for something the universe believes that maybe you’re not ready or you don’t want those things in your life.
By being watchful with the way the thoughts flow and being cautious with the words spoken would help us and working towards releasing blocks and hurdles on a path. One should know that we are manifesting our own hurdles and blocks with our mindset. Often one may wonder as to why is the issue being addressed this often, the importance is that as long as we keep creating negativity around us with the thoughts or issues these could never leave us.
When our beliefs are deep rooted and strong and we live with fear of certain things happening to us. We are sending out those kind of electromagnetic waves with our thoughts to the universe. These thoughts when we start to speak and believe it and strongly, we are manifesting these events naturally into our life. It could be out of concern or love for someone but the way we would see it could turn out to be a hurdle for someone.
For example:- The current situation of the virus spreading, I have heard many say out of fear be careful the virus is spreading and it can affect us better stay safe. Another common statement I have often heard is we all will get it. It is not about getting or not getting but we are affirming to the universe that everyone is going to get it. The same sentence can be reversed and stated as I have nothing to fear let us stay safe and one should be watchful with loved ones by being cautious.
Of late when I speak to my clients all my students after my meditation the only thing I tell them is stay safe and be happy with a positive mindset. This is the only way we can create stronger vibrations of unconditional love which can help reach out to each other raising their vibrations towards having a more positive outlook.
One may wonder aren’t you fearful, fear is a natural human instinct each and every person carry’s it but the point or aspect should be by being fearful would it help us or if we accept the situation and be more positive with our thoughts would that help us. It’s not like fear is a good or bad emotion, it’s about when we hold onto the fear along with that we get a whole lot of myriad emotions which we may not be ready to deal with. Its but natural for these emotions to flow the way they do.
Though our threshold to withstand and perceptions come into play and those are something beyond ones control. As many are triggered with external stimuli. All the external stimuli is not in our control. When this is understood then the point of trying to control or being fearful will automatically be released out.
Now through these negative thoughts, not once we start to manifest these into our space these emotions play havoc in the body. Our body reacts to every emotion our minds hold onto to. At times when we relive some bitter memories, our body believes that we are experiencing the same situation and will start releasing the hormones and bodily reactions accordingly.
No matter how many times I write and repeat, I would again stress on and repeat the fact that our thoughts are powerful and be watchful/ mindful of them. It’s never easy and trusts me. Though I write so many blogs, it’s nothing but natural for even me to slip up and get caught with the flow of thoughts. When that happens, I usually take a back step to understand what are the triggers and I am quick to release those negative statements and convert them into positive ones.
Our perceptions play a vital role here especially depending on what state of mind you have when you are reading something on listening to something. This could intern bring about us to believe certain statements like I haven’t got it or maybe I’m the one always targeted. When these kind of statements come out be mindful to think why are you saying the statements and be quick done it on the statements by saying I’m going to get it, it is going to come or I have my boundaries strong.
Simple steps to have a positive mindset
>Decluttering your space both mental and physical space is essential to bring about a change in your mindset.
>Practice on doing a daily couple of positive affirmations maybe while freshening up on having a cup of tea that would bring about you to believing in those affirmations.
>Take time out to introspect on your previous day all that has happened and how would you like to address it would you wish to hold onto it or release it. Do you need to make changes it is important to understand these things?
>Practice doing yoga, a breathing exercise, and meditation which would help you to bring about a positive mindset.
>Take out time to work on self-nurturing and care as it is very important to work on self and also put oneself as a priority.
>Avoid watching anything that can disturb you on which could bring and toxins into your system. Wherein some kind of negative talk or anything that is not comfortable for you to listen to.
>Sometimes when we splurge on self it should be for the right somethings was not only you can get natured. It is essential to invest in self be with time, money, love, respect, and confidence.
>Spend time doing things like gardening, cooking, or writing anything that would help you connect with your soul self.
>These would help one to not only be aware of their flow of thoughts also one can change their thoughts by rephrasing certain statements and that would also change the beliefs too.
One should be mindful with their flow of thoughts, as these at times can bring about major whirlpool of events into our life.
Each ones journey is different don’t try to change or please someone through your thoughts and acts.
