This is a workshop conducted every full moon wherein one is guided through a meditation to release imprints and baggage that we carry within us. This could be suppressed emotions, memories situations, and many such instances which would bring about major blocks and discomfort-into our life one blessing is not only for mothers to be, it’s for all women from age groups going through a tough space right now.

Is it enough if we do it once?
No, you need to connect to the energies and also understand how the meditation flows. It takes about at least two to three sessions to actually seeing the benefits of meditation.
What should one expect out of this session?
Never hold expectations, as it leads to disappointments come in with an open mind and experience the healing energies doing work of cleansing and clearing in mystical ways.
