HAS OUR OWN THOUGHTS CHAINED US !
Wow, isn’t this an interesting thought, hmmmmm makes me think honestly. When we look at it in reality isn’t this the truth. For once let me not address the other core issues which creates ripples in our life. I am sure each one must be like okay enough of the same droning write ups about the same things.
Let us look within ourselves and perceive our own flow of thoughts. Is that difficult??

The point is when we actually bring our awareness to our thoughts it brings in a lot of insights and understanding from where you are operating. We can work with various tools to help oneself
Introspection
Journaling
Being Mindful
Building Awareness
Meditation
Our thoughts are the most powerful tool that we have, we can manifest things around us with just our thoughts. So one really needs to be cautious with what they are thinking, as our thoughts are nothing but electromagnetic waves. These when released will come back with leaps and bounds as the universe is a magnetic field bouncing off everything with what we ask for comes back. In simple the cause and effect law is applied what you sow is what you reap.
Positive thoughts get positive elements flowing in and the same goes to negative thoughts bring in negative elements. Now this is again debatable as to how can we have negative thoughts or there is nothing called being negative. Thoughts even as simple as
I can’t do it
I don’t have anything
I am incapable
I am not good
These itself can become thought hurdles which can chain us and manifest these situations for us. The more we say it, the more it happens to us. We need to know and understand that we can’t go about having such statements too.
The same statements can be reframed and used
I shall give it a try
I have enough and more
I can manage well
I am good and pretty much in control
These are just examples not that you have to use them. It’s not required to use the same, the idea is to bring in an element of affirmations into the statements.
That itself will bring about a change in how things or situations unfold for you. So instead of getting chained with our thoughts and creating ripples after ripples of delusion for self. We rather start working on creating some strong
perspicacity and bringing awareness to the same.
Our thoughts shape our reality and what we think of is what comes up as issues, situation or we witness certain things happening. The strength and power of our thoughts is completely diluted because we are so chained to our own thoughts and opinions that it gets difficult to break away from old habits.
We have the strength to change our thoughts or atleast bring facts like
Critical thinking
Decision making
Problem solving
Observation
Interpretation
Reflection
Analysis
Explanation
When we try use these skills we can help our thoughts to be channeled and also we can understand what is it that is happening to us and how are we going to tackle what issues we are fearing.
Many a times we just stop thinking This could lead as to be like scatter brain and totally unaware of what to do or what’s happening.
We can be frozen with our thoughts maybe cause fear or anger. This could in turn trigger other thoughts and opinions within us which could put us into an emotional churning. It would be more like a roller coaster ride.
When we are caught up with tyrant flow of thoughts that could chain us up, not only would it effect our emotional health it can then effect our physical body. Starting of with simple issues like pain or aches to deeper issues like acidity or chronic back aches or ailments.
Tips on how to break ourselves from the chains of our thoughts.
Try and have a good nights sleep so that you don’t have a sluggish thought process.
Practice on working on memory there are many memory games. See what suits you.
Question facts, and accept the answers and allow your own thoughts to digest it.
stop being negative try to see it from a positive point of view.
Read up on interesting facts
Inculcate good eating habits
Allow your mind to relax don’t overwork it
Exercise
Spend time in nature allow the fresh air to cleanse your thoughts
Don’t be harsh on your self or wish bad on others with your thoughts.
Accept facts without getting chained with your thoughts
Respect other peoples thoughts it doesn’t matter whether you like it or not.
Try to cleanse your space of all the clutter both physical and the mind space.
Let go of old beliefs and values which is of no essence now.
Meditation and Pranayama are also good tools one can benefit from.
It’s totally up to us do we get caught up in the whirlpool of our thoughts or try to see through it and take the right decisions.
Thoughts are part of us, our emotions and feelings also play a vital role in generation of thoughts so be mindful with these.
Our acts are nothing but the reflections of our thoughts thread carefully being mindful.
