What makes us operate from the space of lack?
The sense of having lack is so common that at times many of us forget the fact that there is absolutely no lack in our life. One gets so caught up in trying to prove that there is lack. Due to which at a point one can become lack due to the affirmations being stated about being in the lack.
When we keep on saying
“ I don’t have”
“ I can’t have”
“ I can’t afford”
Then it is easy to slip into the spot wherein one becomes lack with having everything around them.
The desperation can go so deep that through lack one tries to create unwanted emotions which can can completely bog a person down. When operating from lack no matter what there is never

- Peace
- Comfort
- Contentment
- Gratitude
- Love
- Care
- Kindness
- Positivity
When the above-mentioned triggers are missing automatically the person in lack is moving towards the triggers such as
- Indecisiveness
- Fear
- Anger
- Helplessness
- Desperation
- Anxiety
- Frustration
- Stress
- Insecurities
- Failure
- Incompetence
This kind of triggers can create havoc in personal space as the urge of being in the lack will only increase and there is no way one can step out of it.
The one and the only way to step out of being in the lack is being in the consciousness of what’s happening. Through this act one is going on the path of being mindful and also being aware of the emotions and what an important role they play whether keeping us in lack or moving us towards the space of having abundance.

Creates the basic foundation where one slips into the spot of being in the lack and has no clue on how to move back into being in a state of gratification. Reason being the fear gets so deep that trying to move into a state of happiness would only create more stress and insecurities. Rather than giving peace and assurance that all is well when going down this track.
The instabilities of life is what is our highest and biggest challenge when we have to get out of the space of lack. The beliefs and perceptions go so deep that trying to come out of it at times is very difficult and not easy. But working on trying to step out of it is much needed when one decides to take the lack out of ones life.
How can we remove the work LACK from our space?
- It’s not easy especially when one believes that he/ she is lack. The belief has to be changed first.
- Once the belief has been changed the perceptions of operating from lack has to be removed and worked on.
- Acknowledge the fact that you are working from the space of Lack. It’s okay at times when there is a feeling of lack.
- Don’t be a critic or harsh on self but look at away of overcoming the obstacles of being in the lack.
- Take time to understand and release the space of lack and move towards working from being abundant.
- Respect your choices and be okay to have certain blocks or hurdles too on the path.
- Hold space for yourself and also see if someone is ready to hold space for you.
- Work on some affirmations and look at trying to work on releasing all limitations.
Please remember even if do our affirmations being in the spot of lack can create more lack for us. Reason being we are operating from the space where we feel we have nothing. The universal law of “What you sow is what you reap” holds good here.
To bring a flow of abundance into our life we need to step out of the space of lack.
Holding onto lack will never help us to get what we truly desire.
Our beliefs and mindset create a feeling of lack within us.
